Trenton Democratic Committee

The Trenton Democratic Committee is the official Democratic Party organization representing the voters and neighborhoods of New Jersey’s historic Capital City.

Our mission is to uphold the values of the Democratic Party, support Democratic candidates at every level of government, promote transparent and effective leadership, and encourage grassroots participation throughout our community.

We are committed to recruiting and supporting qualified Democratic candidates, maintaining an open and inclusive process for Primary ballot placement and slogan designation, fulfilling our responsibilities under Title 19 of the New Jersey Revised Code, and driving strong voter turnout to elect Democratic leaders who will move Trenton forward.

Rooted in a city known for its pivotal role in American history, including the Battle of Trenton—a turning point in the fight for independence—we continue that legacy by working toward progress, opportunity, and a brighter future for all who call Trenton home.
